Our portfolio focuses on residential-led mixed use schemes, large-scale regeneration projects, usually delivered in partnership with local authorities. Founded in 2003, we have built our reputation on the delivery of high quality developments with a focus on Greater London.
We are a member of the GLA London Developer Panel 2 (LDP2), a framework of developers, housing associations and contractors appointed by the Mayor of London to deliver housing on London's publicly-owned land for the next five years. Prior to our appointment to this, Hadley was a member of the inaugural London Developer Panel in partnership with Mace Group (as Hadley Mace). It was this joint venture which won the bid for the Heart of East Greenwich development, a former NHS hospital that comprises nearly 700 residential units, a new library, health centre and 8,000 sqft of commercial space.
We have also formed strategic partnerships with a number of housing associations and Local Authorities across the UK. This approach has seen success recently in the fields of mixed-use regeneration schemes at Totterdown Reach (in central Bristol), South Grove (in Walthamstow), the aforementioned Greenwich Square and Green Lanes (in Haringey). Hadley is also preparing to assemble a design team for a Thames-side scheme in Tower Hamlets, meaning that our pipeline will see the building of 3,000 homes across London and the South West.
