About the Role We are seeking a dedicated Conduct and Respect Advisor to play a key role in promoting dignity and respect at the University. In this vital position, you will respond to disclosures of misconduct, providing essential support and guidance to those impacted. You will also assist with the resolution of cases at both informal and formal levels, offering expert advice to networks across the University and the wider community. Key Responsibilities Respond to disclosures involving sexual misconduct, hate incidents, harassment, and abuse. Conduct investigations for alleged breaches of the University's disciplinary regulations. Perform dynamic risk assessments to promote the safety of our community.
