Apprentice Educator and Lecturer for Nursing Associate Standard Close date 03/09/2026 18.5hrs per week Lecturer Scale points : £28,273 to £42,655 pro-rata, per annum (Starting at point 34: £39,055) The Role Working closely with the College, learners and employers, you will support the successful delivery of Nursing Associate apprenticeship programmes, contributing to learner recruitment, retention and achievement in line with College requirements and the standards set by the Institute for Apprenticeships and Technical Education. You will guide, support, monitor and assess apprentices and employers throughout the apprenticeship journey, ensuring learners receive a high-quality experience and achieve the knowledge, skills and behaviours required for successful completion.
