Joining a talented Manufacturing team, the Coil Winder will ensure that the company products are fully assembled and tested before leaving for customers. This is a hands-on role which will ideally suit someone has worked in a Coil Winder or Coil Winding role before working on superconducting magnets. Some of your Coil Winder duties will include: Winding coils of various sizes for superconducting magnets to specifications defined in work instructions from engineering to achieve correct turns per layer. Prepping coil formers for winding to specifications defined in work instructions from engineering. Prepping wound coil formers for coil resin impregnation.
