Production Supervisor/Lead Operator Required Aylesbury (PM Shifts) Role Overview The Production Supervisor/Lead Operator is the senior operator on a designated production line, responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant production while delivering daily targets for output, quality, and waste. Working hands-on alongside the team, the Line Lead provides direction and support to operatives, ensures SOPs and GMP standards are followed, and acts as the key link between the production team and Shift Manager. Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate operatives to ensure the smooth running of the production line. Deliver daily KPIs for output, quality, efficiency, downtime, and waste.
