Imperial Recruitment is working with a well-established education provider to appoint a Mechanical Service Technician to join their Facilities Management team, playing a vital role in keeping the systems that support thousands of students, staff and visitors running reliably every day. Key Responsibilities Carry out preventative and reactive maintenance on HVAC equipment including FCUs, Chilled Beams, Heat Recovery Units and AHUs Reactive repairs to heating/cooling failures, including working at height on small bore pipework (press fit and compression joints) Service, check and replace thermostatic mixing valves Act as Systems Specialist on the College's mechanical systems About You NVQ Diploma/Extended Diploma in Engineering Maintenance, ONC in Engineering, or Level 3 NVQ in Electro-technical Services (or equivalent) Solid experience of PPM and reactive maintenance on DHWS/DCWS and HVAC systems in a facilities management environment Experience working...
