Day Shift Yard Protection Operative Selhurst £18.50 £26.83 per hour 1-year initial contract About the Role We are currently recruiting for Day Shift Yard Protection Operative to support safe and efficient depot operations. This is a safety-critical position responsible for operating Controlled Track Switches (CTS) to enable the 750V DC conductor rail equipment within depot sidings to be safely de-energised and re-energised, protecting personnel carrying out work from the risk of electrocution. You will also lead and supervise teams responsible for delivering a safe, clean and high-quality train environment, ensuring operational standards and an excellent customer experience are maintained.
