Family Support Worker About the Role We are recruiting for an experienced Children s Support Worker to join a Children s Social Care service, providing practical and social support to children, young people and families aged 0 25 . You will work alongside qualified Social Workers and partner agencies to safeguard vulnerable children, support care planning and deliver direct interventions that promote positive outcomes, wellbeing and resilience. Key Responsibilities Provide practical and direct support to children, young people and families in their homes and the community.
