Internal Quality Assurer (IQA) Salary: £31,000 £35,000 Location: Cardiff Head Office, 3 days per week Contract: Full-time, permanent Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am 4:30pm About the Role We re looking for an experienced Internal Quality Assurer (IQA) to lead and develop a team of Assessors, drive quality across apprenticeship programmes and ensure learners receive an outstanding learning experience. You ll play a key role in quality assurance, assessor development, sampling, compliance and continuous improvement, while ensuring delivery meets Awarding Organisation, Estyn and regulatory requirements.
