We're looking for a Senior CRM Engagement Manager to join a growing technology business, leading customer-facing CRM projects and a team of delivery professionals. This is a strategic and hands-on role, focused on understanding customer challenges, developing CRM roadmaps and leading projects through to successful delivery with Implementation Consultants who will do the technical configuration.
