You will be stepping in to drive the final stages of plot handovers, working closely with trade subcontractors to ensure high-quality snagging and handover standards are met on schedule. Key Responsibilities Managing sub-contractors on plot finishings, paintwork, joinery, and final cosmetics. Carrying out detailed snagging lists and ensuring swift remediation of outstanding defects.
