I am sourcing an experienced hands on HR Business Partner for an initial 6 month FTC to support a fast paced manufacturing business based in Dudley West Midlands . This role is based 5 days onsite reporting into the HR Manager with flexibility. You will be provide hands on, operational HR support with a key focus on Employee Relations, performance management recruitment.
