JOB REF:5120 THE ROLE: • You will be responsible for a varied caseload of clinical negligence matters to include birth injuries, stroke and brain damage, spinal injuries, delayed cancer diagnoses and fatalities • Your focus will be not only to secure justice and compensation, but also to pursue interim payments that allow for early intervention, rehabilitation, care packages, and adapted accommodation - giving clients the support they need long before their claim concludes.
