We are seeking a highly professional and experienced Retail Security & Loss Prevention Officer to join our team in Birmingham. This role is ideally suited to individuals who have a proven background in retail security, loss prevention, and shrinkage reduction within busy retail environments. We are looking for confident professionals who can combine exceptional customer service with proactive theft prevention and store protection. Please note that applications will only be considered from candidates who have a minimum of 2 years' retail security experience.
