The Basics: Role: Mechanical Operative - metal finishing Environment: Manufacturing - Precision Engineering Location: Redditch Shift: Lates - Monday to Wednesday (4.30pm to 2.30am) and Thursdays (4.30pm to 1.30am) (39hrs) Pay: 16.97 - 18.25 per hour - DOE with rates of 19.64 available once trained. Overtime available at x1.33 Mon-Fri, x1.5 Saturday and x2 Sunday Holidays/Benefits: Holidays are calculated in hours but work out to be 5.6 weeks of annual leave per year inc. bank holidays, increasing to 6.6 weeks inc. bank holidays following 1 year of continuous service.
