Senior Resourcing Officer Location: Police Headquarters, Exeter, Police Headquarters, Winfrith, Dorset Salary: Scale F - Starts at £34,662 rising by yearly increments to a maximum of £40,383 per annum Vacancy Type: Permanent About the role: We are seeking experienced and motivated Senior Resourcing Officers to join our Recruitment and Selection Team, based at either Devon & Cornwall Police Headquarters, Exeter, or Dorset Police Headquarters, Winfrith. We are recruiting for: one permanent position (37 hours per week ), one temporary maternity cover position until 30 November 2027 (37 hours per week ), a reserve pool for future vacancies anticipated during 2027.
