Contract type : Interim - inside IR35 The Role: We are seeking an Asset Surveyor to support the delivery of long-term asset investment programmes across a residential housing portfolio. You will use stock condition data, property inspections and asset intelligence to help shape investment decisions, improve housing quality and deliver safe, sustainable homes. Working closely with contractors, consultants and internal teams, you will undertake surveys, investigate building defects, support capital programmes and contribute to the ongoing improvement of asset performance. Key Responsibilities: Undertake stock condition surveys and property inspections across the housing portfolio.
