Are you an organised and customer-focused individual with warehouse experience and a passion for delivering excellent service? We are looking for a Warehouse & Customer Service Assistant to join our client's team in Maidenhead. This is a varied and hands-on dual role that combines warehouse operations, logistics coordination, and some customer service (around 70% in the warehouse and 30% in the office). The role also includes pre programming of SIM cards too so it's really varied. Working closely with the Customer Service Team, Sales Managers and Service Team, you will ensure customer orders are processed efficiently, stock is managed effectively, and customer enquiries are handled professionally.
