IDS Engineer (2nd/3rd Line Support) Glasgow Public Sector Contract - 3 months A Glasgow based public Sector organisation is currently seeking an experienced IDS Engineer (Infrastructure & Digital Services Engineer) to join a busy enterprise IT operations team supporting a multi-partner Microsoft environment. In the role, you will be responsible for delivering 2nd/3rd line technical support, maintaining core infrastructure services, and contributing to the continual improvement of digital services across a complex Microsoft technology estate. The successful candidate will provide technical support, troubleshooting and root cause analysis across Microsoft 365, Intune, Windows operating systems, Active Directory, endpoint management and related infrastructure services.
