We're working with a specialist M&E, comms, fire, HVAC and cabling contractor delivering fit-out on major Rail, Energy, Defence and Highways/tunnel infrastructure projects across the UK. They supply into the big Tier 1 main contractors - and they need QSs who know how to hold their ground when Tier 1 tries to short-pay an application or knock a variation without explanation. This isn't a tick-box, senior sit-back role. You'll be down in the detail - managing applications, chasing change, holding firm on your numbers, and building relationships that get you paid what you're owed.
