A leading civil engineering contractor delivering complex infrastructure schemes across the UK is seeking a Sub Agent for a major highways project in Cumbria. This permanent role will take ownership of planning, programming and delivery for defined sections of work, ensuring design, temporary works and subcontractor activities are coordinated into safe, efficient, buildable solutions. Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate highways and civil engineering works in line with programme, quality and safety requirements. Develop and maintain short-term programmes and lookaheads (1-6 weeks), aligning labour, plant and materials with the overall project schedule. Plan, brief and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring scope, interfaces, resources and constraints are clearly defined and monitored.
