This is a good opportunity for someone who has some experience within estimating, quantity surveying or construction commercial management and is looking for the next step in their career. The business has a strong pipeline of work and this role will give the successful candidate the opportunity to work alongside an experienced estimating team, getting involved with projects from the initial enquiry through to tender submission. The role You'll be working closely with the senior estimating and commercial teams, supporting the pricing of projects and developing your estimating experience. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Reviewing drawings, specifications and tender documentation. Assisting with material, labour and subcontractor pricing.
