Reporting to the Repairs Team Leader, you'll deliver a wide range of repairs and maintenance services, including carpentry, minor plumbing, plastering, tiling, and painting and decorating. We're looking for a skilled, customer-focused professional, or an enthusiastic individual with strong maintenance and repair experience, who takes pride in delivering high-quality work. You'll be a proactive team player with excellent problem-solving skills, capable of managing a varied workload independently while maintaining high standards of health and safety and customer service. A recognised trade qualification (or equivalent experience), a full UK driving licence, and confidence using digital systems are essential.
