Waking Night Support Worker Durham 17- 20 per Hour We are recruiting Waking Night Support Workers to provide overnight support to a young person with SEND and additional needs. As a Waking Night Support Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the individual's safety, wellbeing and comfort throughout the night. Responsibilities Maintaining a safe overnight environment. Providing reassurance and emotional support. Monitoring wellbeing throughout the shift. Following care and support plans. Completing welfare checks as required. Recording observations and reports. Supporting routines and individual needs. Responding appropriately to incidents or emergencies.
