Estate Services Operative (Cleaning) Location: Various estates within the designated area CV37 Contract Type: Temporary, Part Time - 8:00 am - 1:00 pm Monday - Friday Hourly Rate: 13.92 Start Date: August 24th 2026 End Date: November 13th 2026 Key Responsibilities: Provide a high standard cleaning service to communal areas, including lifts, stairwells, floors, walls, and windows. Maintain clear and tidy refuse areas, ensuring compliance with specific cleaning specifications and standards. Conduct litter picking and remove bulk rubbish/fly tipping, including managing hazardous substances to uphold visual and safety standards. Use personal protective equipment (PPE) and machinery safely, reporting any faults or incidents to the Senior Estate Services Operative.
