ADNODD APPOINTMENT OF BOARD AND AUDIT & RISK ASSURANCE COMMITTEE (ARAC) MEMBERS (2) The current level of remuneration is £95 per day, plus travel and other reasonable expenses. Board and Audit & Risk Assurance Committee (ARAC) meetings are held both in person and virtually. Two of the four annual Board meetings take place at locations across Wales, with virtual attendance available, while the remaining Board meetings and quarterly ARAC meetings are held online via Microsoft Teams. The appointment is for an initial three-year term with an average commitment of two days per month. The closing date for applications is 31 August 2026.
