The HR Advisor will provide proactive, hands-on HR support to the Cambridge site, working closely with managers, employees and the wider UK HR team to deliver an effective and responsive HR service. Reporting to the Head of HR, the role will provide day-to-day HR advice and guidance across the employee lifecycle, with a particular focus on employee relations, employee consultations, absence and sickness management, and supporting managers through organisational change. The role will be highly visible and site-based, building strong relationships with colleagues across the business and ensuring that HR support is accessible, practical and aligned with business needs. The HR Advisor will also support the wider UK HR team on HR initiatives, projects and continuous improvement activity.
