About this Role This Site Manager position offers an outstanding opportunity to manage major civil engineering and infrastructure projects based out of Gloucestershire. You will take full operational responsibility for daily site delivery, driving high safety, quality, and environmental standards while maximizing commercial performance. Lead multidisciplinary site teams, direct labour, and subcontractors to deliver complex civil schemes safely and to specification. Manage construction programs, produce 2-week look-aheads, and oversee site RAMS, ITPs, and material procurement schedules. Monitor project cost plans, maintain detailed site records, and drive value engineering opportunities across operations. Act as the primary client interface on site, holding regular progress meetings and delivering accurate monthly reporting.
