Property Maintenance Operative - Painting & Decorating Hours: Full-Time, Permanent Location: Various Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 pa, (depending on experience & qualifications) Nova Training has an exciting opportunity for a Property Maintenance Operative to join our busy professional building maintenance team across our centres. Key Responsibilities : To work as part of a busy maintenance team. External maintenance of properties including fencing, gardening, weeding, patio / car park cleaning and decorative work Painting & decorating Removal and disposal of broken or disused furniture, fixtures, fittings and the installation of new ones as required Be confident in using both hand tools, power tools and garden machinery.
