We're looking for a hardworking and reliable Landscape Operative to join a small, supportive team working across a range of outdoor landscaping projects. The Role You'll be involved in both soft and hard landscaping work, helping to transform and maintain outdoor spaces. Responsibilities will include: Preparing ground and work areas for landscaping Planting trees and shrubs in line with site plans Carrying out turfing and grass seeding Creating and maintaining wildflower areas Assisting with a variety of landscaping projects Working as part of a team to complete projects safely, on time and to a high standard Following company health and safety procedures What We're Looking For Previous landscaping or relevant outdoor experience would be beneficial, but attitude and willingness to learn are equally important.
