Quantity Surveyor Civils / Remediation / Enabling Works We're representing a market-leading contractor operating across demolition, remediation, asbestos removal and enabling works. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a commercially astute Quantity Surveyor to support multiple live sites and drive strong project financial performance. This role is ideal for a QS who enjoys working closely with operational teams, and taking ownership of commercial outcomes on fast-moving projects. Key Responsibilities Regular site presence to support commercial and operational activities. Identify scope changes and ensure all variations are captured, evidenced and submitted. Submit accurate Applications for Payment and ensure timely valuation of works completed. Review main contracts and place/manage subcontract packages.
