GXO is growing and we're looking for Warehouse Operatives to join our People Campus team in Northampton. You'll support several of our warehouse sites across: NN4 9BX, NN4 7JE, NN4 9FJ, NN4 5EZ, NN4 7BN and NN4 9EX This is a permanent role offering a unique flexible working model , giving you the opportunity to work across different sites while building a long-term career with GXO. Your Working Pattern: You'll be employed under the GXO People Campus model , offering the security of a permanent role with the flexibility to work across multiple warehouse operations in Northampton. Our People Campus colleagues work on an annualised hours contract , meaning your hours are designed to flex with customer demand throughout the year alongside your availability.
