Braun Melsungen AG Job description: As Senior HR Advisor, you will play a key role in leading Employee Relations activity across the business, supporting managers and employees to navigate people matters with fairness, consistency and confidence. Using your ER expertise, commercial awareness and data-led insight, you will identify trends, mitigate risk and support proactive people solutions that strengthen employee engagement, enable effective decision-making and help our teams perform at their best. Although this role does not include direct line management responsibility, you will provide day-to-day guidance, coaching and oversight to support consistency and quality across the team.
