SANZA Teaching Agency is working with a two-form entry Church of England primary school in Harrow which is seeking a SEND Teaching Assistant to join the team at the start of the new academic year in September. The Role Working with a Year 3 pupil with Autism (ASC) on a one-to-one basis. Working closely with the class teacher and SEND team to deliver tailored support throughout the school day. The child can sometimes find school life overwhelming and frustrating, so the school is looking for someone who is patient, kind, calm and understanding, with the ability to build a trusting relationship and help the pupil feel safe, supported and engaged in learning.
