Customer Service Location: Glasgow Pay Rates: 13.97 to 32.55 per hour Contract: Temporary to Permanent Start Date: 21/09/2026 Hours: 25hrs per week (including weekends & bank holidays) Shift Patterns: 2 shifts of 9 hours (10.5 hours total including unpaid breaks ) 2 15-minute unpaid breaks 2 30-minute unpaid breaks 1 shift of 7 hours (8.25 hours total including unpaid breaks) 1 15-minute unpaid break 2 30-minute unpaid breaks 4 x RDOs scheduled between Sunday and Thursday. Training Full-time Monday - Friday & will take place 18:00 - 2:45am for the first 2 weeks and 20:00 - 04:45 the last 2 weeks 100% attendance is required during training .
