Industrial Paint Sprayer (Wet Paint and Powder Coating) - Havant Temp to Perm Contract Hours - 08:00-16:15 Monday to Thursday and 08:00-15:00 Friday. 37.5 hours per week The Role Working within our Finishing Department, you will play a vital role in ensuring our marine products meet the highest cosmetic and quality standards before reaching our customers. You'll be involved in both wet paint spraying and powder coating operations, contributing to the production of components. Key Responsibilities Wet Paint Spraying Prepare aluminium fabrications, acrylic components, motors and gearbox assemblies for painting. Carry out cleaning, degreasing, sanding and masking activities. Mix primers, paints and hardeners to specification. Apply coatings using conventional, HVLP and pressure-fed spray equipment. Deliver high-quality cosmetic finishes to customer specifications. Perform quality inspections and finish assessments. Carry out touch-up and repair work as required....
