We are currently seeking a highly skilled and professional Site Engineer to join a major highway infrastructure project in Penrith, Cumbria. This initiative involves the development of a dual carriageway, with a specific focus on complex earthworks and drainage infrastructure for the A66 scheme. Due to project requirements, we are looking for candidates who are available to start immediately. Responsibilities Lead and oversee site operations, managing both direct labour and subcontracted teams. Execute precise setting out, conduct dimensional checks, and maintain rigorous survey records. Perform quality assurance tasks, including compaction testing and volume take-offs. Develop essential documentation, including Works Package Plans, risk assessments, and method statements.
