Site Manager Commercial Refurbishment & Fit Out Location: Coventry Rate: Circa £300 per day (DOE) We are currently looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to oversee a fast-paced commercial refurbishment and fit-out project in Coventry. This freelance opportunity involves managing the refurbishment of a large commercial unit, coordinating multiple trades and ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard. The Project The successful candidate will take responsibility for an existing refurbishment project following a structured handover period.
