To deliver high-quality teaching, learning and assessment within Plumbing programmes, supporting learners to develop the skills, knowledge and behaviours required for successful progression into employment or further education. The postholder will inspire and motivate students whilst maintaining high standards of achievement, attendance and learner engagement. Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging and effective teaching across a range of Plumbing qualifications and levels. Plan, prepare and assess learning activities in line with awarding body and curriculum requirements. Monitor, track and report on student progress, providing timely feedback and support. Ensure teaching resources and workshop environments are safe, well-maintained and fit for purpose.
