Operations Manager Job Overview Our client is seeking an experienced and driven Operations Manager to lead all manufacturing and operational activities within our production facility. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient and profitable operation of the business, overseeing production, planning, quality, warehousing, maintenance and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering production targets whilst maintaining the highest standards of quality, health and safety and customer satisfaction. Working closely with Sales, Procurement and Design teams, the Operations Manager will ensure customer orders are manufactured and delivered on time, in full and to the required specification.
