Principal Civil Engineer / Associate We're seeking an experienced Principal Civil Engineer or Associate to lead the delivery of a diverse range of civil engineering projects across the residential, commercial and infrastructure sectors. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong engineer with leadership experience to manage projects, develop client relationships and play a key role in growing a successful civil engineering team. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and delivery of highways, infrastructure and development projects. Manage projects from concept through to detailed design and construction support. Provide technical leadership and mentor junior engineers. Liaise with clients, local authorities and other stakeholders. Manage project programmes, budgets and resources.
