We're looking for a Production Operator in Coventry! Main Accountability The Process/Packaging Machine Operator (PMO) role directly influences line performance through operating and specific equipment in their zones . Working as part of a collaborative team of PMO's, the priority is to execute the operational processes in their span of control. Any issues or defects they find should be rectified or escalated as part of the these process to the Site Expert & Trainer (SET) in the first instance and if issue cannot be resolved, onto the Shift Technicians (STs) and Operational Team Leaders (OTLs) and feed into the Daily Direction Setting (DDS)/QCDM process to ensure visibility of top issues.
