Production Team Leader Location: Chichester, West Sussex (with occasional travel to Bognor Regis) Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time About the Role This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be responsible for motivating, supporting and developing a team of Quality Inspectors while ensuring production and quality standards are consistently met. Working closely with the Shift Manager, you'll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly and resolving issues quickly to minimise disruption. This role is primarily based in Chichester, with occasional travel to the company's site in Bognor Regis.
