Graduate Test & Assembly Operative Location: Lincoln Salary: Up to 28K About the Role We are looking for a motivated graduate to join our Manufacturing team as a Test & Assembly Operative. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience assembling, testing and repairing advanced electronic products within a high-tech manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Assemble and test electronic and RF products using detailed work instructions, engineering drawings and test procedures. Carry out mechanical assembly, PCB soldering and other manufacturing processes to required quality standards. Complete production documentation, test reports and build records accurately. Support fault finding and repair activities on production units and returned products. Adhere to Health & Safety, quality, ESD and environmental requirements.
