Role Overview The Onsite Recruitment Consultant acts as the primary point of contact between Genesis Employment Services, our temporary workforce and our client. The role is responsible for managing the day-to-day operation of an onsite account, ensuring staffing levels are maintained, workers are fully supported and the client receives an outstanding level of service.
