This is a 9 month fixed term contract with a starting salary of 42,958 per annum, based on a 36 hour working week. We are seeking an experienced Property Portfolio Lead to join our small team and help manage our property portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and enthusiastic individual who knows how to problem solve and has great stakeholder management skills gained in a property or facilities management type role. Our team are the interface between the Land and Property team within Surrey County Council and our station commanders and crews in dealing with property defects, routine maintenance and design on new redevelopments.
