I'm working with a well-established retail fit-out and refurbishment contractor that is looking to appoint an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their growing Projects Division. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business with a strong reputation in the retail sector, delivering fast-paced refurbishment, fit-out and design & build projects for major clients across the UK. The successful candidate will take full commercial responsibility for multiple projects, ensuring schemes are delivered profitably while maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and internal delivery teams. Projects typically range from smaller fast-track refurbishments through to 2m fit-out schemes, often delivered within live retail environments and demanding programmes.
