Operations Manager The Precision Manufacturing Division is a strategically important area within the Hydrasun Group. The Operations Manager will support the Divisional Manager in leading and managing the division, with key responsibilities to: Deliver the highest standards of safety, quality and service in line with company policies and divisional objectives. Ensure all KPIs, including sales, margin and cost targets, are consistently met. Develop, implement and maintain precision manufacturing capabilities in alignment with the company s overall strategy and objectives. Deputise for the Divisional Manager as required.
