Attendance, Progress & Academic Skills Coach Salary £28,273 Close date 16/08/2026 Part Time - Term time only 35 hrs per week The Role We are looking to appoint an individual with the skills, knowledge and experience to champion and support the most disadvantaged students by ensuring that all barriers to academic progress are removed. The role requires you to act, where necessary, in the role of a mentor in terms of supporting high engagement with all elements of the Study Programme and a positive attitude to learning. The role complements the work undertaken by other cross-college support teams and will require a high level of communication particularly with the Tutor team and the Learning Support and Student Engagement Team.
