Manufacturing Engineer Location: Kent Salary: £36,000 - £45,000 + Benefits Are you a Manufacturing Engineer with a passion for continuous improvement, lean manufacturing and process optimisation? Our client is seeking a proactive engineer to support production by improving assembly processes, increasing efficiency and driving operational excellence across the shop floor. Key Responsibilities Develop and improve manufacturing processes, work instructions and visual factory documentation. Drive lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives, including Kaizen and 6S projects. Design jigs, fixtures, tooling, shadow boards and shop floor layouts to improve productivity and workflow. Maintain production routings within SAP and support Engineering Change Requests (ECR/ECN).
